My total criminal record comprises one offence of "Drunk and Incapable" 
about 25 years ago and one parking ticket.  In the first case, I was 
drunk but it was having one of my legs in a full plaster cast, due to a 
fractured knee-cap, that rendered me incapable.  Just for the record, 
the police officer who arrested me is one of the very few I would 
actually have respect for.  I can't remember much about the incident 
(due to drink) but I believe he treated me fairly and properly.  25 
years ago we had a different police force though.  In the second case, 
I'd left my 'bike legally on a yellow line overnight and forgot to move 
it early enough in the morning :(  If that makes me "public enemy no. 
1", so be it.  My general manner IRL is much the same as here (but, of 
course, you only have my word for that).

AIUI, the use of the term WPC has been abandoned - they're all PCs now.
