Yes, unfortunately the manners of one person at Seg do leave a lot to
be desired, for some reason they don't like you being on the
list/forum unless you have prior purchased a router.  I have both
posted on the forum/list, even though I don't own a Vigor router, but
this may be because I have dealt with these for a long time and have
set up such routers in the past.
