Hi Micheal,
If you have a SSB radio, you can get Mscan. This package will decode navtex,
weatherfax and also Telex weather (the type used by Navman).
A fully working trial edition can be downloaded from M-scan (www.mscan.com).
I have found Mscan very good. It is what I use to power the navtex section
on my web site (www.navtex.org.uk)
