You're equally as stupid as he is aren't you? A flashing speed sign
isn't a legal indicator of the speed restriction in force. Whether or
not they are working is completely and utterly irrelevent. At some
point you'll have passed a round aluminimum circle on a pole painted
white with a red border and black 4 and 0 in the middle. That sign is
the one you obey, not the flashing one.
Please tell me what roads you drive on so I may avoid them and
ultimatley both you and your equally muppet mate.
