Generally you get a lot of smack addicts in areas where there are no jobs, a
lot of the places that used to be mining towns are now the worst places for
drug addiction. I seem to remember something being said about Worksop having
the most drug addicts as a percentage of the population in the UK (may have
been the EU, but I'm not 100%).

On the other hand, you get a lot of weed smokers and pill heads who are
relatively well off people having a laugh.
