That is not strictly true but to be honest I do not understand it well
enough to explain. There again some of the training methods for UK drivers
I do know about and that is what I am really talking about. There are too
many people who, like I did with electricity, run out of knowledge before
they stop speaking. I wish we only threw out the trip if we made a bad
decision on the road. Have you ever seen linesmen working on power cables
live. I have on the telly and know a bloke down the road who does it. Seems
all against the rules really.
