BULLSHIT. That's assault and also likely to cause loss of vehicle 
control.


 They are taught to drive a lot

And overtake lorries on blind crests on a blind bend on a 1 in 5 hill 
with oncoming traffic in an unmarked training car out of the force area 
too.
