True, but to what other purposes might a government put a system that tracks
the movement
of cars?
Example, a child is abducted, witnesses remember a blue Vauxhall, others
confirm that the driver of a blue Vauxhall tried snatch a child earlier.
You drive a blue Vauxhall, it was recorded in the system a few miles away.
The police (under pressure to get a result)come knocking on your door......
Paranoid? perhaps? cynical? yes!
