Don't do what John Cleese did to his mini in Faulty Towers when it had
a toddler strop (he beat it mercilessly with a branch).
Reward good behaviour with a little gentle oiling, and try to ignore
the occasional misdemeanour.
I hope the postman recovers soon. Bicycle bites can be quite nasty,
but are rarely fatal.
