Presume you mean Chester-le-Street North.

I'd personally expected them to get slightly more. A county council
election in the near by, but somewhat poor Stanley area saw them take
about 15%. A good result methinks keeping them in fourth. The Tories
will be most disappointed. They weren't that far off taking one of the
Chester North seats in May, and are now well down. Both polls wre done
postally.
