No it doesn't. Or at least not as meant by Brian.
The "Message|Block Sender" gets you an entry like
alan.is@a.coward.net
you'll still see posts with 'from' addresses as
alanis@acoward.net
It does not (for example) remove all posts with
news.dizum.com
in the path line or a
X-Remailer-Contact:
line in the headers.
