See if you can get your money back; she got scammed.
You can do the same "waterless" (or almost waterless) cooking in any
decent stainless steel cookware with tight fitting lids; just turn the
heat down. KitchenCraft is probably good cookware, but I doubt that
it's as good as All-Clad. It might not be any better than RevereWare or
FarberWare.
