Well no, we were talking about who is most active in censoring
speech, and I argued that the fundamental reason that broadcast
frequencies were so heavily censored was because they were
state controlled - that it is and was a socialist program that
they be so controlled - that broadcasts will always be pablum
so long as the government owns those frequencies.

By his deeds, looks to me as if he was acting on behalf of
Andrea Dworkin. If he was acting for the Christian right, he
would be censoring gay stuff on the grounds that many of actors
look suspiciously youthful.
