I'd be the last one to cut any undeserved slack to our dishonest
and murderous Warmonger-in-Thief. But without doing so (even
though the buck *does* stop with him), I'm dubious about your (and
your referred-to CBN staffer's) opinion that such censorship is occur-
ring, or would occur.
Why? Because Hal Lindsey has *always* been dedicated to very
clearly demonstrating the high correlation of relevant current events
and Biblical prophecy. Since at least as long ago as the publication
of his best-selling book, "The Late Great Planet Earth."
Thus -- it would be hard to imagine that Hal's getting censored for
getting too close to the truth" -- since he's been saying nothing new
lately than that which he has been telling us all along. As events
continue to tie in with prophecy, he's been reporting them. The
events continually and dynamically unfold, but the correlation to
prophecy doesn't change, and that's what he reports.
Something puzzles me, though. In your conversation with the
senior staffer at CBN, did he/she by any chance happen to discuss
with you in any detail the *nature* of the "unadulterated Truth" that
they dared not to air? (I can't help but wonder how anything out there
could do them any more damage than Pat Robertson's direct advo-
cacy of the assassination of the President of Venezuela did... and
CBN stayed right on the air throughout that incident.)
And a lot of things have *finally* started to put a lot of large cracks
in Bush's ivory tower -- but CNN and the other networks haven't
lost a beat in reporting to them in real time.
So what "Truth" could CBN possibly report that would get them
into such trouble as you mentioned -- that isn't *already* being
reported to everyone by MANY news sources?
