If that's the case, he knew that his creation was going to mess up, by
eating the fruit of the 'tree', he knew that Christ was going to to have to
be incarnated as man to be crucified and he knew that Christ would rise
again....all this BEFORE he created the universe (with its sin).
This means then, that He was totally OK with this thing called sin before
he created the universe and all the sin it contains. Otherwise he would
not have created it.
...and this brings up another interesting point: if evil exists in the
world and He created everything in the world, then He must have created
evil. Note that the first chapter of John's gospel says that He created
everything, not just the good stuff. So either God created evil with
everything else, or evil doesn't exist...
That kind of doesn't fit with what is said on the 700 Club.
